Working on a new to me rockola rocket III cd juke. So far I have sorted out a few things on the cpu pcb that were causing the power supply to shut down (bad 5v reg and 1 of the ic's in the motor drive circuit failed) 1 thing I am not seeing from the powersupply is the 24vdc. The led is on that is for the 24vdc, but it's measuring at around 7.5vdc. I pulled the powersupply apart and found some really poor rework. I replaced a few caps and the fuse clips. but the 1 thing I noticed is for the 24v circuit there was a lm7924 which is a -24v regulator. I don't have any schematics for this or even a manual so i'm flying blind on this. also the cpu will turn on now but it gives me a 8 code on the display. so i'm guessing according to the 1 manual i found that the eprom is bad. I downloaded the software for it just haven't had a chance to burn a new chip and try it. any advice on this machine wouild be greatly appreciated.

Might try calling "RockOla"--they may still have paperwork you can purchase--and/or even the chips in stock ? Ron Rich
