Okay, Dimple swapped it out for me and same result, skips in the same place. Flipped the record over and played the same song but from the 200 side and it played fine....not a single skip. I'll swap the needles around again tomorrow and check but both needles just came out of the box.

On that Mech. it was installed by the factory "baackwards" (see my Seeburg Mech Guide) so the records are installed backwards also-- If flipping the record over, and it plays OK, I would look at two things-- 1. The wiring to the cartridge--is it stiff, or hanging up, on something when playing that side ? 2. The cradle "lock bar". Is it correctly "adjusted" ? Is it "bent" ? Ron Rich
