Hello everyone, I have an electric selector model #esr2-L6 and it is yellow/beige with none of the faux wood that I see on other trashcans. Is it normal or has it been painted?
If it has it was long ago and it's the same color that is on the interior metal. I'm confused

Hi Chris,
Either it's been "re-painted" or the "faux wood" ( OK--FAKE wood)has been cleaned, or "rubbed" off ! That is done in two coats--one is the "under (or "base")coat", then the wood grain was added on top of the undercoat. Ron Rich

Thanks Ron, do you know if there is a standard base color or do I have to go with trial and error?
