I need to identify this cartridge so I can buy a stylus. It came attached to a AMI f120 that I'm rewiring the tone arm. tone arm was mono and changed to stereo. If anyone knows of a Dealer who can help me ID this that would be great too. I want to use this cartridge.

In general it is like the Pfanstiehl P-132D which is avaialble today. But it has Columbia DSN45 needle on. This cartridge was already available in the 1980s with several names like Japan Crown, Denon Columbia DSN45, Sanyo STG5 and 6, Toshiba, Nivico etc.
It is a ceramic stereo cartridge.
