My HF100R jukebox was playing fine, then mid-way through a record it stopped playing. The fuses are intact and all the lights are working. The play control relay is energized.I cannot manually start the motor by the O contact. The service switch just clicks when moved right to left, the play control relay is de-energized with the service switch in the center position. I'm thinking the motor condenser is bad?..........Any suggestions ?

Thanks for the reply Ron............The motor condenser is rated @ 1.0-1.4 MFD..............A meter reading gives off 1.031 & 1.428 with no wires connected.............When the jukebox wires are connected the reading are 0234 (1.4side)......0445(1.0side)...(also different readings on both sides) Is that a faulty condenser?

Good question--I have never read the cap with the common connected-- I think that also may depend on the meter you are using ? Did you check voltage to the motor--thru the reversing switch ? Ron Rich

When I have the service switch engaged to the right, the motor condenser is giving off 173V................The motor wires are giving off 122V.....171V depending which way the reversing switch is engaged. Is that about right?
