Hello! I need some help with my jukebox and am not super familiar with the terminology or the workings. In other words, some of what I will say may not make perfect sense 😜
My issue is this: When I turn on my jukebox, the machine scans (the drum that holds the 45s spins) but hangs a couple times during the rotation. I manually assist it to help it get past those points. Any thoughts? Thanks so much for any help.

Hi Kev, You, I assume are writing about your "RockOla", not "Rick-ola" ? If so, do you have a Service Manual ? If yes, look at the inside of the record basket in the drawings, and you will see a cam, and cam follower, that tracks in there--It MUST be greased !! I would guess it's "hanging" at the cross-over point. Factory used a graphite based grease there--one can often soften that grease with 20 wt ND oil ( see our FAQ's section). Ron Rich

Thank you for the reply, Ron. And yes: Rock-ola.
I do not have a manual. Any suggestions for where to purchase one?
