NSM Prestige 120 C disk picker won't travel left and right

Hi, I need help repairing my NSM prestige 120 C jukebox.

For context, I'm not an expert and I'm desperate, I've been trying to figure out the problem for the past three days.



Situation:
When I turn on the jukebox, the motor starts running, and I think this is a good thing.
When I make a selection the disk picker won't go back and forth, and I don't know what could be the reason.

I have very little experience of these particular NSMs. There is a previous thread here on a Century 21 which will be very similar in operation to yours.

Maybe that might help? Do you have a copy of the service manual?

First idea: A sticky mechanism / record transfer arm which lifts the record to the TT.
Second idea: A broken cam on the cam shaft. If this breaks the motor cannot be coupled for the needed rotation directions.
