Seeburg Q160 - Selection Issue

I have a Q160 on location that I'm helping out a friend for beer. I had the random selection issue and followed the steps from another post, cleaning the contacts on the tormat plug and checking and resoldering the wires on the rca plug. Now I'm getting no selection, just two trips and return. I feel like I'm making progress, but wondering where to go next.

So I recapped the TSU1 and reinstalled. Now it's blowing the 5A fuse on the TSU after about two seconds after the mechanism starts to scan. Unplugging all the plugs on the TSU for troubleshooting and powering up, it doesn't blow the 5A fuse. So looking for possible culprits.
