Hi Everyone, Well, some news. I've connect my wallbox today. Evidently, it doesn't work. The prob, is in the stepper I think. In fact, I see 2 prob. 1: the reset magnet doesn't work. 2 (more strange): the letter step magnet record...number, and number step magnet record...letter.
Example, if I select D1, I can hear and see the letter step magnet works 1 time, and the number step magnet works 4 times. I've check in the manual to be sure to recognize wich is wich. This TSR1 looks like (I talk for the stepper) in original condition. The only things I have done is cleaned and oil. Do you have an idea of what can cause this inversion? Thanks a lot and have a nice day. Cedric.

Hi Cedric, I am not quite understanding the translation-- especially#2. When you say you "cleaned" the contacts--how-- like the sticky above says too? See page 5133 in your manual-- If you push down on the number armature (303100) does the reset magnet energize ? How about if you push on the other (letter) armature-- does it energize ? Ron Rich

Hi Ron, Sorry for wrong translation. Yes, I cleaned contact like the sticky says. If I push as you say, nothing happening. I tried again to make a selection and now letter step relay saves the letter impulsion and also number impulsion. Look the video when I select A0. photos.app.goo.gl/Lu2vcM7TBPKFt2DQ7Cedric

Ron,
I cheked with a multimeter that the 2 contacts work well. They work well (26v on each) and perfect continuity. Thanks, Cedric.

Hi Ron, So I've check all contacts in the stepper, all are ok. I measured coil of letter step (740 ohms), coil of number step (737ohms), coil of reset (317ohms), they are ok. I've try manually (juke turn on) to push on the number step magnet and reset magnet worked. After 2 times, nothing more. I've turn off the juke then turn on, try again to push on the number step magnet, and nothing happened. I'll continue to search and look. Have a nice day. Cedric.

Hi Cedric, The way the reset magnet is operating is typical of a bad contact on the top of both the number and/or, letter coils-- It should operate anytime EITHER, the lever on top of a coil is engaged with the gear-- Are you "testing" the contacts with a battery powered test lamp, or just the digital meter ?

Hi Ron, Yes, that's what I think also, a wrong contact. I used yesterday an analogic multimeter, and contacts were good. But I've try manually, maybe the coil is not strong enough to close correctly contacts during process. I'll try again to see. Thanks again Ron. Cedric.
