Hi Cedric, Is the transfer relay energising at the first pulse? The transfer relay must energise and then in the gap between the letter and number pulses, the transfer relay drops out (on a time delay) transferring the pulses from the letter stepper to the number stepper. I'm not at home at the moment and don't have access to my manuals so cannot give any details of contacts to check.
Norman.

Cedric, Did you change all three "electrolytic" caps yet ? Did you change the 18 ohm resistor yet ? Ron Rich

Hi Ron, Norman,
Sorry for this long delay, lot of work. Actually, my TSR is not here, I left it to a friend who knows a lot more about it than me. I'll let you know when I can and I'll make a video soon.
Thanks a lot and have a nice day. Cedric.

Hello Ron, Norman,
So, I got the TSR. My friend checked it, and there was a cable disconnected inside (don't ask me wich cable) I tryed this morning, now TSR work with wallbox. Just a little prob, when I select L4, the juke take L4 and L5 also. If I select R7, juke take R8 and take R7. If I select U0, juke play only U0. V0, only V0. Have you an idea? Thanks a lot and have a good weekend. Cédric.

Hi Cedric, I think that you must somehow have a short between both the 4 & 5 and 7 & 8 segments on the number stepper - wires touching maybe?
Norman.

Hi Norman,
So, if I select A1 no prob, A2 no prob, A3 no prob.
Prob begin with "4" If I select A4, juke play A4 and A5. But if I select A5, juke play A5 and A6... From "4" juke plays always also the next number. So prob is not a short I think. Thanks, Cédric.

Hi Cedric, The other thing that I had been thinking is that maybe the number stepper wiper is out of calibration and that it is straddling two segments from 4 upwards - so when you select 4, the wiper is landing between 4 & 5 and when you selct 5, it is landing between 5 & 6?

Hi Guys, The last suggestion would be my guess -- Be sure the screw holding the wiper is tight ! Ron Rich

Ron, Norman, I've try to adjusted the wiper, but now, if I select A6, juke plays A6 and...A8. The same with C5, juke plays also C7.
I don't touch anything more without your advice. Thanks, Cédric

Hi Cedric, Is the wiper disc itself "tight to the gear ? It should just fit on the metal portion--no "slop" ! If so, it's just a mater of "adjusting" the outside rivet plate, so that the wiper centers on the correct rivet, near the center of it's sweep. Ron Rich

Ron, Norman, If we lived close to each other, I'll be at your house all the time to offer you a good Belgian Trappist beer (after you sleep like a baby) So, I moved the wiper. If I turn it a little to the left, juke play A5 and A7 If I turn it a little to the right, juke play A5 and A6 So I decided to turn a little bit more to the right to try, and it works now Again and again, I say thanks. Have a good weekend dear friends. Friendly, Cédric.
